About the Event
Stacey will gently walk you through moving mindfully to enhance your self-awareness and your breath.
To be able to feel, on a quiet and deep level, how you are doing, how you move, how your breath moves you and how that shapes your life, can be very empowering. The focus brings your body down, out of anxiety and into rest.
Being present even for a few minutes can change the way you look the stress you are encountering right now. Plus, moving and stretching always feels so good after.... right? :)
Stacey will be doing this class four Mondays in a row, you will need to sign up for them separately...
