Slow and Steady Yoga Practice - 45 minutes
Friday mornings, May 8,15, 22
Come as you are. This class will be slower in pace, with movements coming from a place of intention instead of momentum.
The practice of intentionally redirecting our attention inward, opposed to an external focus, will help bring our nervous system from fight or flight to rest and digest. (aka. taking the stress down a few notches)
Props - yoga belt or a scarf and a wall
Optional Props - yoga block or thick book, bolster, blanket & eye mask (if you want to get ultra comfy in savasana)
Note: A Spotify playlist will be shared in the chat before every class, if you would like to have some soothing beats to breath along too.
