About the Event
Guided Meditation is meant to empower you to keep your negative thoughts at bay and reach a balanced state in the body. This takes your stress response down. Chantelle will use beautiful imagery and words to help you reach a more relaxed state. Moving out of 'fight or flight' and into the present moment is the goal with all that we are doing in this Community Wellness Strategy. This is one way to do that for yourself.
