"A Woman's Timeline" Workshop

Workshop 1: My Timeline 

Monday May 26, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

Our personal stories are like footprints on a path sprinkled with breadcrumbs of moments, events and decisions. When we know what we are looking for, we can trace our journey backwards to see the patterns we have and find the restoration we seek. Breaking down our stories into bite size pieces is like breaking down food into small pieces so that it can be digested and assimilated in a way that nourishes us. 

This workshop is focused on mapping out and building our timelines: we will tell ourselves our own story and put it down on paper in a way that creates self-compassion, understanding and empathy - which then opens up the door to new possibilities. We take a long lunch to ourselves, go out and get some sun, journal some things I will assign to you, and then come back and finish those timelines in the afternoon.

Physical and emotional imbalances that will be discussed in the context of our timelines:

*digestive issues

*hormones

*anxiety, depression and PPD

*brain fog, fatigue 

This is the first workshop in a series of 3. If you'd like to attend the others, you'll need to attend this one first. I have done this online before and it went amazingly well and was incredibly effective even though we were not in the same room. So that's why I am doing it again. Workshops 2 and 3 will run June 6/7 in Morden, and in person - unless all he!! breaks loose again ;)

Due to Covid-19 and our goals with this Community Wellness Initiative, this workshop is pay what you can. (regular price for my workshops are usuall $100-$150, but that's just not doable right now. The way I see it, we're all in this together.)
